CONNECTING OUR GROWING SUBURBS TO CRAIGIEBURN BY BUS

The Andrews Labor Government will make it easier for residents of the booming Mickleham and Kalkallo communities to get to Craigieburn for work, school and services thanks to a major investment in a new bus route.

Member for Yuroke Ros Spence today announced that the Andrews Labor Government is investing $8.9 million in delivering a much-needed new bus service for residents living in developments along Donnybrook Road.

The new route will encourage local residents to leave the car at home by connecting these growing communities to key destinations around Craigieburn, including the station and shopping precinct.

Planning the bus route will start now, with services commencing in 2019. More information will be made available as this work is undertaken.
