Member for Kalkallo Ros Spence and Member for Yan Yean Lauren Kathage visited RB Robson Stadium in Wallan on Thursday to see works underway as part of the $850,000 facility Upgrades Project.

The Victorian State Government has contributed $480,000 to the Upgrades Project, with Mitchell Shire Council contributing $360,000 and the RB Robson Committee of Management and Wallan Basketball Association each contributing $5000 each.

With court resurfacing now complete, the adjustable backboards will soon be installed, and the project will move to the upgrades of the female friendly player and umpire change rooms and renovations of the existing amenities.

Ms Spence and Ms Kathage were joined by Mitchell Shire Council Mayor Cr. Fiona Stevens, along with representatives of the clubs and Committee of Management.
